We only spray the fruit when absolutely necessary. We are GAP certified which means that we are committed to food safety, environmental and quality assurance.

We use Post Haste to deliver outside of our local area. We personally deliver to Feilding, Levin and Palmerston North area.

if the box does turn up damaged, please take a photo of the box and/or product and we will happily refund or replace your order.

Shipping Costs are determined by location and calculated at checkout. For local deliveries with in Palmerston North there will be a shipping cost of $2.50 per order. Shipping Costs are charged per box of Fruit ordered.

We will make delivery to the address you stated when you ordered. We will tell you when you enter your postcode before you checkout whether we can deliver to your address. You are responsible for informing us of appropriate instructions for delivery via the delivery instructions box on the checkout page.   

If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdown we will inform you as soon as possible of any changes to delivery time.

If you are not happy with the products we deliver, you can contact us to report the problem within 24hrs of receiving the fruit. You don’t need to return your fruit to us. We will refund the cost of the fruit. O’Connor Agri will not be liable for damage to fruit as a result of it being incorrectly stored or handled after delivery. You can store the Nashi on the bench but it is most delicious when stored in the fridge.

Apart from address will we collect info when people visit our website, like non-personal information, such as the IP address from which you accessed this website, the date and time you are visiting, the pages you accessed, the type of browser and operating system you use, and terms you use to search for content on our site. This information cannot be used to personally identify you. We use it for the purposes of system administration, auditing use of the site and improving it for different customer profiles, and for our internal reporting.
