if the box does turn up damaged, please take a photo of the box and/or product and we will happily refund or replace your order.

Shipping Costs are determined by location and calculated at checkout. For local deliveries with in Palmerston North there will be a shipping cost of $2 per order. Shipping Costs are charged per box of Fruit ordered.

We will make delivery to the address you stated when you ordered. We will tell you when you enter your postcode before you checkout whether we can deliver to your address. You are responsible for informing us of appropriate instructions for delivery via the delivery instructions box on the checkout page.   

If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdown we will inform you as soon as possible of any changes to delivery time.

The customer acknowledges O’Connor Agri is selling perishable goods. If the products we deliver are not as described, you can contact us to report the defect or misdescription within 48hrs.  O’Connor Agri will, at its discretion, provide a refund provided the customer lets Twisted Citrus know within 48 hours of receiving the damaged fruit. If requested by O’Connor Agri you need to provide a photo of damaged fruit before any refund.  We will ask you to dispose of the product.
